I've started going to the gym! :D

Since I got a feedback about my CAS from the teachers, now I'm aware that I have a serious problem with activities. I am very bad at putting pressure on myself and I still have an issue with time management. Thus I decided to go to the gym. I started going there since the beginning of the summer holiday. As the new term started and I'm aware of my timetable, I made a plan for my activity. I go the gym twice a week, and I gradually increase the amount of exercises that I must do. For example, when I only begun training, I could work only for an hour. I usually start with walking on a walking machine. In July, I could walk only for 15 minuets. Now I usually walk for 30 minuets on slopes.
It is very encouraging to see that my ability and skill of training is improving. And I like that I sometimes communicate with people who also train there. They give me very useful advices. I am very happy that I finally do productive activities.

Helping At Church

During the summer holiday, I did not have much opportunity to help at the church since I was not in Moscow. Unfortunately, I managed to go there only twice.
The school has started and now I have quite enough of time to spend on CAS. Thus I decided to go there as often as possible. I usually go there every Saturday to help with cleaning up. Last week, I was invited by people there to help them with setting up for a very important religious event. Sadly, I was not allowed to take any pictures inside the church. I helped there for about 2 hours. I was asked to throw away all flowers, wash vases and finally clean icons as usual. It was very interesting to get involved in such event, because, although I don't believe in God, listening to people who have totally different opinions made me open-minded. I enjoyed talking about the religion with them in Russian, and I even learnt some new words. Interacting with people who are from various backgrounds is an important experience, which also makes me a good communicator.
